3. การใช้สิทธ์เข้าถึงกล้อง
เมื่อคุณเรียกใช้เกมที่ใช้กล้อง PSP แอปอาจขออนุญาตใช้กล้องของอุปกรณ์ เพื่อจำลองการทำงานของกล้อง PSP ให้เกมใช้งานได้เท่านั้น
- การเข้าถึงกล้องมีขึ้นเฉพาะขณะอยู่ในเกมที่ร้องขอเท่านั้น
- แอปไม่ได้บันทึกภาพนิ่งหรือวิดีโอ

4. การโฆษณา
- โฆษณาแสดงเฉพาะหน้าแรกภายในแอป (หน้าเลือกเกม) เท่านั้น ส่วนหน้าอื่น ๆ ของแอปไม่มีการแสดงโฆษณา ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับเว็บไซต์ใด ๆ
- ผู้ให้บริการโฆษณาคือ Google AdMob และ Shopee แอปไม่มีเวอร์ชันเสียเงินและไม่มีระบบชำระเงิน จึงไม่มีตัวเลือกซื้อเพื่อปลดโฆษณา
- คุณสามารดู แก้ไข หรือปิดการตั้งค่าโฆษณาเฉพาะบุคคลได้ที่ Google Ads Settings และบนอุปกรณ์ Android ผ่านการตั้งค่าความเป็นส่วนตัว (“โฆษณาจาก Google — ปิดการปรับแต่งโฆษณาตามความสนใจ”)
- Google อาจใช้ข้อมูลจากแอปอื่น ๆ และกิจกรรมของคุณเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านโฆษณาตามนโยบายของ Google

PSSPTH is a PSP game console emulator (Emulator) for Android, Windows and other platforms, plus the psspth.pinitkoai.pro website
This policy explains how we collect, use, protect and store your data when you use the PSSPTH app and the psspth.pinitkoai.pro website (the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
This policy covers the following services
- Privacy Policy for PSSPTH on Android
- Privacy Policy for PSSPTH on Windows and other platforms
- Privacy Policy for psspth.pinitkoai.pro
1. Information we collect
1.1 Compatibility reports (voluntarily submitted information)
The only data the app collects is compatibility reports that you choose to send us voluntarily. This data is collected completely anonymously and only when you manually enable it in the settings screen. We do not collect your name, address, identifiers, files, or any information that can identify you, and no personal data is stored from these reports.
1.2 Camera data
We do not collect camera data. The app does not capture still images or video, does not store photos, and never uploads any image or video to our servers or to any third party.
1.3 Information from our advertising providers (Google AdMob and Shopee)
The app shows ads only on its home screen (the game selection screen) — these are in-app ads, not website ads — and nowhere else. The ad providers are Google AdMob and Shopee. Either provider may collect information such as
- Advertising ID (GAID)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, operating system and app version
- Ad interactions (impressions and clicks)
- App performance/analytics data
This information is used for ad delivery, fraud prevention and measurement, and is subject to each provider’s own privacy policy: Google Privacy & Terms and the Shopee Privacy Policy
1.4 Cookies on psspth.pinitkoai.pro
When you visit psspth.pinitkoai.pro we use cookies only to manage logins and keep you signed in. You can configure or delete cookies in your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent the website’s login feature from working.
1.5 Gateway server (online connection)
The app uses a Gateway server that acts solely as a middleware for online connections, for example finding rooms, matching players, or relaying data between devices during online play
- We do not store any personal information linked to your identity through the Gateway
- Data required to make the connection — such as your IP address during the session, a room/match code, or connection status — is processed temporarily only to connect your devices and is not used for any other purpose
- This data is not linked to your identity, is not sold, and is not shared with any third party
- When the online session ends, that temporary connection data is terminated and is not kept as identifying data
1.6 Game files and BIOS on your device
PSSPTH is an emulator that runs entirely on your device. Game files, game images and any BIOS you choose to load are read and processed locally on your device only. We do not upload, do not copy and do not transmit these files to our servers or to any third party, and the app does not bundle any games or copyrighted content.
1.7 Information we do not collect
The app has no payment system and no in-app purchases, there is no paid version, and we never collect credit card or payment information. We also do not collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, on-device files, your game files or BIOS, or any personal data obtained through the Gateway server.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes
- To serve, deliver and improve advertising (AdMob and Shopee)
- To connect devices online through the Gateway server, and for nothing else
- To test and improve app compatibility with different devices, based on the data you voluntarily submit
- To operate the website and its login (cookies)
- To maintain security and prevent misuse
3. Camera permission
When you run a game that uses the PSP Camera, PSSPTH may ask for permission to use your device’s camera purely to emulate the PSP camera for that game.
- The camera is accessed only while you are inside the game that requests it
- The app never captures still images or video
- The app never stores or uploads any image to our servers or to any third party
- When you leave the game, the app no longer accesses the camera
- You can deny or revoke camera permission at any time in your device settings
4. Advertising
- Ads are shown only on the app’s home screen (the game selection screen). No other screen in the app displays ads, and this is unrelated to any website
- The ad providers are Google AdMob and Shopee. The app has no paid version and no payment system, so there is no option to buy an ad-free upgrade
- You can view, edit or turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and on Android devices under Privacy settings (“Ads from Google — opt out of ad personalisation”)
- Google may use data from other apps and your activity for advertising purposes, as described in Google’s policies
- Shopee is only an ad placement shown on the app’s home screen. The app does not connect to your Shopee account and does not receive or store any data from Shopee; if Shopee collects anything, it does so under the Shopee Privacy Policy
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or California, you may exercise your right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of data for advertising by contacting us at the email address in the “Contact us” section
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only disclose data in the following cases
- Google (AdMob) — for advertising services and measurement. See Google Privacy & Terms
- Shopee — only as the ad placement provider on the app’s home screen; there is no account or payment integration. See the Shopee Privacy Policy
- Our hosting/server provider for psspth.pinitkoai.pro — to run the website and receive compatibility reports
- When required by law or court order — where we genuinely believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law
6. Retention and security
- Retention: Compatibility reports are kept only as long as needed for development and troubleshooting, and are deleted when no longer necessary. Temporary connection data from the Gateway server ends with the session and is not stored afterwards. Advertising data is retained by the advertising providers (AdMob and Shopee) under their own policies
- Encryption: Data transmitted between the app/website and our servers is protected with HTTPS/TLS
- Limitations: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure
- Breach notice: If a data breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you without undue delay as required by law
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California), you have the right to
- Access and obtain a copy of your data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
- Port your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of data for advertising purposes

8. Account and data deletion
If you want to delete all data associated with you (including any compatibility reports you submitted and your psspth.pinitkoai.pro account, if any), please do the following
- Email pinitsoft@gmail.com from the address you registered with (if any)
- Use the subject “Data deletion request” and mention the app name PSSPTH
- We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email when finished
We may retain limited data where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to demonstrate compliance.
